Bible says in Rom 5:8, But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Bible says in Isa. 64:6, "But we are all like an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are like filthy rags." Yes, nobody can say that he or she is living a good life because everybody has the same corrupted soul and the same sinful mind. We know that no body taught us to speak lie, or cheat anybody, but it is our natural behavior that we bent towards evil things. Because we have the same fallen nature that was flowing through Adam and Eve. If we try to come out from these things we could not because of our fallen or sinful nature. Man was in sin that the remission was not possible with unholy blood or the blood of animals. But Jesus came to rescue us from this situation. He died on the cruel cross of calvery and shed His most precious & blameless blood to save the whole mankind. And because of His death we have a way out. Bible says in,1John 1: 9, "The blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all our sins." Yes, Jesus died for our sins." But only when we allow Him to come in our heart and repent from our sins then He is ready to give His forgiveness.He is ready to cleanse us from our sins no matter how big or small they are. As the Bible says in Ezekiel 22:30 "So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it." And also the Bible says in Numbers 16:48, "And he (Aaron) stood between the dead and the living; so the plague was stopped." We have fasting prayer every second Tuesday of each month. Our next fasting prayer meeting will be conducted on 14th Feb. 2012
